Return & Refund Policy
We strongly prefer not to return any plants as this will cause another round of stress to the plant.
We guarantee our plants for a period of 10 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate.
There should be no root disturbance or any cutting off the plant for a minimum of 10 days after receipt.
Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at [email protected] and provide images of the plant within 10 days of delivery.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a refund, you can contact us at [email protected] . We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the provided pictures of the damaged plants, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Under European Union law, you have a 14 day period to change your mind and cancel your purchase. However, perishable goods like foods and plants are exempted from this when noted in the refund policy and terms and conditions.
If you are unhappy with the plants you've purchased, we allow the plants to be returned to our office. We will create a shipping label for you and you can send them in the original packaging. The initial and return shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund and since we partially pay the initial shipping of your plant, a fee of €10 will also be subtracted from your refund when you return your order to us. Upon arrival of the plants, the condition will be assessed after which a (partial) refund will be made.
